Refund Policy

Sale Items

Items on SALE are FINAL sales. 

It is EXTREMELY important to check our SIZE CHARTS and make sure you are choosing the correct size; this is even MORE IMPORTANT if you are buying items on SALE, since there are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES for items bought on SALE. 

If you purchased an item on SALE and it arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at our Contact page for assistance.


Regular Priced Items 

    • Returns are refunded as store credit to your Felicity account.
    • Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
    • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
    • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Return Center.
    • Felicity Bags does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
    • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit, please contact us at our Contact page for assistance.

Helpful Hint: Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.

Return Instructions

  1. Contact us at our contact page FIRST before returning packages with the reason for the return, image of the item(s) you want to return and your order number.
  2. Our customer service representative will issue you your order number once you email us. This number is to be written on the outside of your return package.
  3. Please keep a copy of your receipt with your return tracking number and immediately send it to us with your order number. Your order will be refunded once tracking states DELIVERED



You are eligible to cancel your order within 24 hours of making your purchase.

Items that were bought on SALE are NOT eligible for cancellation.

We would love to give more time to cancel your order, but when the order is fulfilled by the shipping company, there's no way for us to cancel the order and take it back.

Lost Packages

Felicity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
