Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging.
Felicity Bags does not provide prepaid return labels. Postage is to be fully paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

  • Refunds (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Send us an email at help@felicitybags.com, once approved by our Customer Support Team, please return the merchandise to our return address bellow within 14 days from the ship date.
Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email that your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, within 14 days. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward credit was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you.

 

  • Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. However we do offer store credit for the amount paid by you.
Send us an email at help@felicitybags.com, once approved by our Customer Support Team, please return the merchandise to our return address bellow within 14 days from the ship date. Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email that your store credit is available to use.

 

  • Damaged, defective or incorrect items (if applicable)

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported with pictures within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached. Send us an email at help@felicitybags.com, once approved by our Customer Support Team, we will replace the items.

  

  • Cancellations

You are eligible to cancel your order within 24 hours of making your purchase.
*Items that were bought on SALE are NOT eligible for cancellation.
We would like to give you more time to cancel your order, but when the order is fulfilled by the shipping company, there's no way for us to cancel the order and take it back.  

 

  • Lost Packages

Felicity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
